Sanitary measures

Preventive measures implemented and guidelines destined for visitors from the general public

Our team is pleased to welcome you once again to the Museum! Your safety and that of our employees is our priority. We have therefore implemented a series of measures to conform to the requirements of the public health authorities and to assure you an amusing and reassuring visit!

1) You are required to reserve your places online. You can reserve for a maximum of 10 people from three different family bubbles. If your reservation is for people from two to three family bubbles, you must maintain a physical distance of one meter between the bubbles in all places and at all times.

2) You must arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the time of your reservation. You will not be allowed to access the building before.

3) Symptomatic people or those subject to quarantine are not authorised to visit the Museum. The usual questions during a pandemic will be asked upon your arrival. Please note that the Museum employees must also answer these questions daily.

If in doubt regarding your symptoms, please refer to the government’s Covid-19 symptom self-assessment tool!

4) Masks or face-coverings are required for all people 10 years old or older and recommended for the younger visitors. We do not supply them to our clients, so please don't forget yours!

5) You must disinfect your hands with hydroalcoholic gel upon arriving at the Museum and regularly throughout the visit.

6) During the self-guided tour of the exhibition, you must move in the direction indicated and respect the time allowed for the visit.

7) The interactive elements of the exhibition and the laboratory materials are disinfected between each group of people living at the same address. You can therefore handle the items without worrying!

8) If you wish, think about bringing your water bottle, because the water fountain can only be used for filling bottles.

9) Toilets are available and cleaned more frequently, as are the door handles, stairway handrails, and benches.
